Temporary Lighting of Neighbourhood Sign

The HOA Board has approved a request from a resident to temporarily light up the neighbourhood sign. This approval is contingent on the following conditions:

1. The lighting must be installed safely and in a manner that does not damage HOA property or disrupt others.
2. The installation is temporary, and the HOA Board reserves the right to request removal if it violates HOA bylaws or these conditions.
3. The HOA is not liable for any costs or damages to personal or public property related to this installation.

To ensure fairness, other residents who wish to temporarily light the sign for similar purposes are welcome to submit a request to the HOA Board for consideration under these same guidelines.
