Community Membership

Membership in the Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of any home within the Graydon Hill HOA boundaries.

Annual Fees

Payment of annual fees is secured by an encumbrance registered on the land title of each property. Fees will be determined annually by the Board of Directors and will depend on the annual operating budget.
